Cancellation policy for Mobile massage services
At Abundantly Zen, we prioritize your well-being and respect the time allocated for your mobile massage experience. Please note once an appointment is booked, it signifies the reservation of time exclusively for your appointment. To ensure a seamless process and accommodate the needs of all our clients, we've established the following cancellation policies:
1. Card on File:
All appointments require a valid credit/debit card on file to secure the reservation. There is no fee.
2. 24-Hour Cancellation Notice and Rescheduling:
Life can be unpredictable, and we understand that plans may change. To allow for necessary adjustments, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This provides us with the opportunity to accommodate other clients.
Cancellations and/or rescheduling made less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total service cost.
3. No-Call, No-Show Policy:
In the event of a no-call, no-show without any prior notice, the client will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
If we can not reach the client in person, call, text or email; during the time of appointment will be considered No-Call, No-Show.
Changing of locations without notifying the therapist before the appointment. Please give us a 2 hour notice before your appointment, if you are changing locations.
4.*Safety:
If the therapist deems the environment unsafe or unsuitable, the session will be canceled and a 100% charge for the service may apply. The therapist reserves the right to leave the location.
The therapist discretion will be used for the clients and the environment before and during session.
Uncontrolled Pets
5. Late Arrivals:
If you anticipate being late for your scheduled appointment, please inform us promptly. While we strive to provide the full session, late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment. If the client is late more than half of their session, the full amount of the appointment may be charged.
6. Refund Policy:
Refunds will not be issued for the client cancellations and Rescheduled session made less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Refunds for cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice will be processed promptly.
*Refunds will not be issued for the client if the environment is deemed to be unsafe and unsuitable.
