Gift Certificates Policy

Gift certificate purchases are non-refundable.

Gift certificate are transferable, allowing the recipient to share the gift of wellness. Please let us know if you choose to do so.

To redeem, recipients must book their massage in advance, mentioning the gift certificate at the time of booking.

Missed appointments without 24-hour notice may result in the deduction of gift certificate for cancelation fee

Abundantly Zen is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

Gift certificates can be used toward any massage service.

If the chosen service exceeds the gift certificte value, the recipient is responsible for the difference.
